About the role
Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this position you will collect operational data, produce reports, and perform analysis to support financial outcomes and strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and reconcile operational financial data from multiple sources.
- Prepare budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis reports.
- Conduct scenario modelling and performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Identify trends, provide insights and recommend actions to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal peers and, when required, interact with clients or Accenture management.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- BCom, MCom or MBA qualification.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow detailed instructions.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and as an individual contributor within a team.
