Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational reports and data for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Perform variance, trend and scenario analysis to identify financial performance drivers.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgets and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
• Support lower‑complexity problem solving and provide insights that influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with peers across Accenture and, when required, interact with clients or senior management.

Required profile

• BCom or bachelor’s degree with a finance specialization.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting or related FP&A functions.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Capable of working under pressure and delivering accurate results.
