Financial Controlling Manager

About the role

The Financial Controlling Manager joins the General Ledger Controlling organisation and works with a wide range of stakeholders across finance and operations. The role ensures that global accounting processes, IFRS standards and group guidelines are applied consistently, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end accounting and reporting for group entities, including income statements, cash‑flow and balance‑sheet control.
• Manage investment, revenue, asset, fixed‑cost, variable‑cost, payroll and Impero controls across the organisation.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve General Ledger accounting, controlling and reporting processes.
• Provide leadership for parent‑entity controlling, HSUD corporate controlling and related financial functions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of IFRS and group accounting policies.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, month‑end close and reporting.
• Ability to work proactively with diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
