Financial Controller – Multi‑Country Finance Leadership

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage financial controllership, reporting, compliance and finance operations across our India, UAE and Singapore entities. The role reports to the CEO and requires a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong Indian GAAP knowledge and international accounting exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Own accounting, financial controls and month‑end / year‑end closing across group entities.
• Prepare and drive monthly MIS, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage group reporting, consolidation and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS and coordinate with UAE/Singapore accounting teams on IFRS requirements.
• Lead statutory and tax audits, acting as the primary interface with Big 4 audit firms.
• Coordinate with tax advisors on Transfer Pricing, POEM, PE, withholding tax and international transactions.
• Oversee cross‑border payments, inter‑company transactions and treasury / cash‑flow reporting.
• Develop robust finance processes, controls and SOPs as the group scales.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Indian GAAP / Ind AS.
• Proven experience in MIS, management reporting and financial controllership.
• Deep understanding of Transfer Pricing and international tax concepts.
• Prior experience managing audits with Big 6 auditors, either in a Big 6 environment or as the finance owner.
