Financial Controller – Manufacturing & Multi‑Business

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead the finance function for ARV Companies at its Viramgam site, overseeing all accounting, reporting and control activities across a diversified manufacturing and multi‑business portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting processes, ensuring accurate month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports and cash‑flow forecasts for senior leadership.
• Monitor budgets, cost structures and financial performance, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
• Lead the finance team, review reconciliations, ledgers and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Enhance internal control systems and ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to evaluate project viability, track key performance metrics and contribute to long‑term financial planning.

Required profile

• Strong accounting and finance knowledge with a solid grasp of accounting principles.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA or a master’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Proven experience in controlling, budgeting and audit coordination within manufacturing or multi‑business environments.
• Advanced analytical ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
