About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead finance and accounting functions within our organization, focusing on IT services and professional services projects. The role will ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with Indian tax regulations.

Required profile

CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred, or CMA/MBA Finance with strong relevant experience.
12–18 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in IT services, consulting, or technology firms.
Strong understanding of project‑based revenue models, resource utilization, project costing, and contract profitability.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and internal controls.
In‑depth knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, statutory compliance, and accounting standards.

Required skills

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and management reporting tools.
