About the role
The Financial Controller will oversee the Accounting & Finance and Information Systems functions for Hyatt House Bangalore Devanahalli, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the finance department.
- Plan, organize, direct and control accounting policies and procedures.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to support business decisions.
- Maintain and improve finance‑related information systems.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance Management or a related field.
- CA (Chartered Accountant) certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
