Financial Controller

About the role

The company is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to lead accounting, reporting, and compliance activities across its operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, auditors, and external partners to ensure accurate financial statements and regulatory adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IAS, IFRS, Schedule VI, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage payroll accounting, MIS, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, and Professional Tax compliance.
• Conduct independent general ledger scrutiny and month‑end close processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and vendors for audit and reporting activities.
• Oversee consolidation, audit of accounts, and international operations reporting.
• Handle treasury functions, including banking and cash management.
• Support board and audit committee presentations.
• Maintain a clean, fully reconciled ledger and system‑driven bank reconciliations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4‑6 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, IAS, IFRS, and Schedule VI.
• Proven ability to manage compliance deliverables and month‑end reporting.
• Experience working with international reporting and audit processes.
