Financial Controller – Intercompany

About the role

The Intercompany (ICO) Controller will lead the end‑to‑end intercompany accounting and reconciliation process within our Shared Service Centre. You will ensure that all intercompany transactions, recharges and balances are accurately recorded, reconciled on time, and fully compliant with group accounting policies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intercompany accounting process, from calculation and booking of recharges to documentation and reporting.
• Match and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances across counterpart entities, resolving mismatches with Controllership teams and BPO partners.
• Maintain a robust control framework, ensuring proper approvals, audit trails and documentation.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, Treasury, Tax and Regional Controllers to support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, eliminations and reconciliations.
• Support tax reporting, profitability reviews and internal/external audit requests.
• Lead or contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives to streamline intercompany activities.

Required profile

• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or MBA in Finance) or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of accounting or controllership experience with strong exposure to intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, transfer‑pricing concepts and group reporting principles.
• Experience working in a shared‑services or multinational environment and managing cross‑entity relationships.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and presentation skills.
