Financial Controller – Global Multi‑GAAP Leadership

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting and internal controls across our listed multinational group with entities in India, the United States and the United Kingdom. The role ensures integrated multi‑GAAP reporting, statutory compliance and a unified controllership framework.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated group financial statements, manage currency translation and elimination entries across Ind AS, US GAAP and FRS 102/UK‑adopted IFRS.
• Coordinate quarterly, half‑yearly and annual results for BSE/NSE submissions under SEBI LODR.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance in India (Income Tax, GST), the US (federal/state tax, sales & use tax) and the UK (Corporation Tax, VAT).
• Manage global transfer‑pricing policy, documentation and inter‑company agreements.
• Lead cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management and forex exposure mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with RBI/FEMA, ODI/FDI filings and cross‑border transaction regulations.
• Support corporate governance, SEBI disclosures and UK subsidiary statutory obligations.
• Build and lead a global controllership team, coordinating local finance leads.

Required profile

• Significant experience in financial reporting for multinational listed companies.
• Deep knowledge of Indian regulations (Ind AS, SEBI LODR, Companies Act), US GAAP/SOX and UK FRS 102/UK‑adopted IFRS.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑border tax, transfer pricing and treasury functions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
