Financial Controller – Finance Lead for US Entity

About the role

Dozee Health AI is looking for a seasoned Finance Lead to head the controllership function for its US entity. You will build a scalable finance infrastructure, ensure statutory compliance, and support the company’s international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day finance operations, maintaining accounting processes and internal controls.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual book closures, overseeing AR, AP, GL and cash‑flow accounting.
• Prepare MIS, standalone P&L, balance sheet, cash‑flow projections and variance analysis.
• Lead consolidation activities, inter‑company reconciliations and revenue model building, including Dynamics 365 integrations for inventory and billing.
• Review and validate provisions for expenses, payroll, taxes and contingencies.
• Ensure timely filing of US tax returns (sales, franchise, corporate) and coordinate with tax consultants.
• Lead statutory, tax and transfer‑pricing audits, resolve queries and maintain audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and compliance for US‑registered entities.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA (USA) with solid knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience in operations‑heavy environments involving hardware, supply chain and SaaS.
• Proven ability to work across multiple countries and manage cross‑functional finance projects.
