Financial Controller – Entry Level

About the role

Accor is seeking an entry‑level Financial Controller to support the finance function of one of its hotels. You will help ensure credit policies are followed, assist in building a comprehensive Credit Manual, and act as a finance representative on the Executive Committee when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and enforce Accor’s credit policies across the hotel.
• Assist in drafting and maintaining a formal Credit Manual.
• Represent the Accounting & Finance Division on the Executive Committee in the Director of Finance’s absence.
• Support staff needs across divisions based on hotel priorities.
• Implement and streamline internal control procedures for all hotel activities.
• Network with industry peers to gather critical financial information.
• Ensure compliance with procedures in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, General Ledger/MIS, and Internal Audit.
• Train employees to perform duties efficiently and supervise subordinates, optimizing productivity through scheduling, cross‑training, and technology use.

Required profile

• Ability to train and develop staff in finance and related areas.
• Strong familiarity with internal audit responsibilities.
• Interest in the professional growth and welfare of team members.
• Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate multiple finance sections.
