Financial Controller – End-to-End Controllership

About the role

The Financial Controller will own end‑to‑end financial controllership for SCSL, a leading multinational bank. You will design and strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting to guide business decisions.
• Monitor, analyse and improve financial processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial data and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, including IFRS.
• Analyse financial performance, provide insights and support strategic planning.
• Coordinate audits, liaise with external auditors and support audit remediation.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 20+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience as a Financial Controller.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Strong background in controllership, governance and risk management.
