Financial Controller – Data Center Finance Lead

About the role

The Financial Controller will oversee end‑to‑end finance and accounting operations for multiple data‑center campuses, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong financial governance. The role leads the finance team, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and provides strategic financial insights to senior management and the CFO.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely vendor payments, collections from customers, and accurate cost booking.
• Manage SAP company creation, structure changes, and user awareness, including fixed‑asset management and physical verification.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end close activities, delivering high‑quality reporting.
• Monitor financial performance of the data‑center, analyse profitability, and recommend cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, risk‑management policies, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to resolve financial and accounting queries.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification.
• 7–10 years of experience in finance, preferably within data‑center, infrastructure, engineering or construction sectors.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance and accounting teams.
