Financial Controller – Back Office

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Financial Controller to join our Back Office team. You will support global finance operations, provide insightful analyses, and help drive process automation across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Prepare management presentations and financial analyses to aid business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data models using ERP and BI tools.
• Collaborate with global Finance and Controlling teams to deliver accurate, timely financial information.
• Identify and implement process improvements through standardisation, automation and digitalisation.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses while ensuring compliance with corporate reporting standards.
• Partner with international teams across Europe and other regions to provide data and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A or Financial Analysis, preferably in a global or shared‑services environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work across global time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint for presentations.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
