Financial Consultant - Wealth Management

About the role

An international IFA regulated by SEBI, based in Gurugram, Haryana, is looking for Investment Advisory Wealth Managers. You will build and manage a portfolio of wealth management clients (B2C) and deliver personalised, impartial financial advice using international licenses and advanced industry tools. The role is performance-driven and client-facing, focused on relationship development and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of wealth management clients (B2C).
• Maintain long-term client relationships through tailored advisory services and regular communication.
• Grow assets under management by identifying client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Conduct detailed client reviews to design bespoke wealth strategies.
• Advise on investment options including lump sum investments, fixed-income products, global funds and more.
• Monitor market trends and client circumstances to recommend appropriate financial products.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and stay aware of industry developments.

Required profile

• At least three years of client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory.
• Recognised investment qualifications (e.g. CISI, CII or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field preferred.
• Experience with high net worth clients preferred; familiarity with offshore investments, bonds or pension products is advantageous.
• Proven track record in financial sales.

Required skills

• Strong numerical, analytical and attention-to-detail capabilities.
• UK Level 4 advisory qualification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong judgment and risk assessment skills.
