Financial Consolidation

About the role

The Financial Consolidation role is responsible for preparing and delivering accurate consolidated financial statements for the holding company and its special purpose vehicles. The position works closely with finance teams across entities to ensure timely month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the holding company and SPVs.
• Upload, validate and reconcile financial data in Hyperion reporting systems, ensuring correct consolidation entries, eliminations and adjustments.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closure across SPVs, reviewing trial balances, schedules and reconciliations.
• Perform intercompany balance and transaction reconciliations and coordinate resolution of mismatches.
• Produce MIS reports, variance analyses, dashboards and management presentations; assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act and internal accounting policies.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
• Maintain data integrity in ERP and Hyperion systems and support system validations.
• Identify and implement process automation and control improvements in consolidation and reporting.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial consolidation and reporting for multi‑entity structures.
• Experience working with Hyperion and ERP financial systems.
• Knowledge of Ind AS, statutory reporting requirements and audit processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional finance teams and meet tight reporting deadlines.
