About the role

This position supports financial institutions by handling back‑office and middle‑office processes across the full client and product lifecycle. It is open to qualified candidates with disabilities and involves extensive data and trade support activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage back‑office and middle‑office processes for financial institutions, including KYC, reference data, and legal documentation.
• Handle client and product lifecycle stages such as loans, portfolio reconciliation, and document capture.
• Prepare and generate reports using MS Excel, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Perform trade support activities across the trade lifecycle, including trade confirmation matching and pre‑settlement support.
• Reconcile front‑office and back‑office trade positions and generate settlement reports for cash‑flow events.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements such as Swaps Data Repository and Know‑Your‑Customer compliance.
• Assist with corporate actions, tax operations, and syndicated loan processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA) or postgraduate degree (MCom) in a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of finance, trade lifecycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
• Strong logical and quantitative abilities with effective time‑management skills.
