Financial Analyst

About the role

This position leads and provides expertise to functional project teams, participates in cross‑functional initiatives, and drives process improvements and policy development. The analyst collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and conducts complex financial analysis to support organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional project teams and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives.
• Provide direction on process improvements and policy establishment.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to guide strategic decision‑making.
• Perform complex financial analysis and forecasting across a broad scope.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and policy development.
• Represent the business unit in cross‑regional planning and external stakeholder interactions.
• Mentor and guide lower‑level employees.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7‑10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting or a related discipline.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
