Financial Analysis Senior Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analysis Senior Specialist to lead revenue and cost controlling activities, support annual financial planning and drive margin improvement. The role works closely with business and finance leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable financial plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the annual operating plan and forecasts for multiple accounts in partnership with business leaders.
• Analyze underlying business drivers and provide insights to help achieve strategic objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on performance targets and corrective actions.
• Monitor variances against the plan, ensure they are fully explained and justified.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with business and finance stakeholders.
• Aggregate large data sets to produce actionable management insights.
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations of financial results.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in financial revenue and cost controlling.
• Proven experience with annual budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and variance analysis.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
