Finance Transformation Manager – Advisory (Mumbai)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join its Advisory practice in Mumbai. The role focuses on helping clients redesign their finance operating models, improve processes and embed digital technologies to drive efficiency and strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing finance operating models (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury) and identify gaps, risks and inefficiencies.
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to map processes, define RACI, SLAs and capture improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement finance transformation solutions, including organisational redesign, change management and talent development.
• Advise on the selection and deployment of core ERP systems, financial consolidation tools and data‑analytics platforms.
• Leverage emerging technologies such as Generative AI, AI, analytics and automation to innovate finance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance transformation or advisory, preferably within a Big‑Four environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and associated controls.
• Ability to conduct and facilitate stakeholder workshops and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience managing transformation projects and driving change across people, process and technology.
