Finance & Strategy Manager – Senior Finance Role

About the role

Revolut is seeking a senior Finance & Strategy Manager to translate high‑level vision into rigorous financial blueprints that support global growth. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Executive Committee, you will guide capital allocation and turn complex data into actionable strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Convert company‑wide and departmental strategies into ambitious financial plans.
• Allocate capital and approve strategic investments across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Credit, and Savings.
• Develop insightful analysis of performance across countries, user segments, and promotional campaigns.
• Create structured approaches for marketing spend, business‑unit performance tracking, and direct P&L reporting.
• Define financial and growth metrics as KPIs to drive incentives and maximise performance.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitoring.
• Collaborate on high‑impact projects directly with the CFO.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data‑analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance at a top‑tier tech company.
• Excellent financial modelling, financial analysis, and data analysis capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering results in cross‑functional, high‑growth environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to produce flawless reports and frameworks.
