Finance Specialist – Accounting Operations

About the role

The Finance Specialist – Accounting Operations will ensure technical accounting compliance, robust internal controls and streamlined processes to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis. The role contributes to operational excellence across all accounting cycles while supporting global finance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general accounting and policy application for inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany and other cycles.
• Interpret and apply Enterprise Standards, SOPs and Process Maps to provide competitive financial services.
• Identify and resolve accounting issues within established procedures, consulting senior team members when needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of accounting activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate technical information clearly.

Required profile

• CA Inter, M.Com, MBA (Finance) or B.Com degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting or controllership operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to document and execute programs.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously within defined frameworks.
