Finance Process & Ops Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Finance Process & Ops Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational data for financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support financial planning, scenario modelling and performance reporting.
• Analyze lower‑complexity problems and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with peers and update supervisors on findings.
• Work as an individual contributor with a focused scope of work.
• Potentially work rotational shifts as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Primary expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Ability to follow moderate‑level instructions and work independently.
