Finance MT IT Deployment & Integration Lead (Manager)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Finance MT IT Deployment & Integration Lead (Manager) to drive the deployment, integration and adoption of strategic finance transformation solutions across the region. The role sits at the intersection of finance business processes and technology, ensuring successful delivery of SAP Finance / S/4HANA initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment planning and execution for finance transformation programs, covering business processes, technology, data, controls, training and support.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR and external systems to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and manage cut‑over, go‑live, hyper‑care and stabilization plans to ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Engage with business leaders, process owners and technology teams to align strategies, resolve risks and drive adoption.
• Establish governance frameworks, monitor risks, dependencies and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Partner with global program teams, system integrators and regional stakeholders to meet schedule, scope and strategic objectives.
• Co‑lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale finance transformation deployments and complex system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence results, foster collaboration and drive organizational change.
• Experience with agile ways of working and a curiosity for continuous improvement.
