Finance Manager – Service Delivery (EMEA)

About the role

Amazon’s Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager for Service Delivery in the EMEA region. Based in Colombia, you will partner with operations and retail finance teams to provide insightful analysis, support investment decisions, and drive cost‑reduction while enhancing the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial controllership by building monthly metrics, analyzing variances, and communicating key drivers to senior management.
• Manage data in financial systems, produce reports, and support business decisions with actionable insights.
• Reconcile financial reports across multiple businesses, identify process improvements, and implement automation.
• Lead regular metrics reviews and deep‑dive analyses to uncover risks and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance tools and processes, scaling existing solutions or creating new ones based on stakeholder needs.
• Act as a finance business partner for site leaders, providing controllership, planning, and closing responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance analysis or controllership within a large, fast‑growing organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
