About the role

Radisson Blu Guwahati is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function. You will be responsible for ensuring robust financial controls, supporting business growth, and delivering accurate financial reporting in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective financial controls and improve departmental efficiency.
• Develop and implement business strategies with clear objectives, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to foster high performance and engagement.
• Prepare and manage the hotel’s budget, monitor financial performance, and oversee audit and continuous improvement of accounting functions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate business performance and accounting practices, providing recommendations to optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Plan, document, and execute activities to meet internal and external audit requirements, following up on corrective actions.
