Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support the efficient operation of the finance department at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role ensures that financial processes meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the finance department, ensuring smooth financial operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in line with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of financial periods.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide financial insights and support decision‑making.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager – Accounting in a large‑scale operation.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and solid administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
