Finance Manager

About the role

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking a senior Finance Manager to lead and coordinate all financial activities across its technology, e‑commerce, and training verticals. The role involves strategic financial planning, compliance oversight, and providing actionable insights to support the company’s growth in India and the GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end financial operations for all departments and business verticals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Supervise daily accounting, ensure accurate records, and review journal entries, reconciliations and payroll.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, statutory filings, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and external financial agencies.
• Develop and enforce financial controls, policies and reporting systems.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor operational costs, optimize financial efficiency and support GCC‑related financial reporting.
• Collaborate with department heads for budget planning and financial tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field; CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounts or financial management, preferably in IT, ERP, e‑commerce or service‑based firms.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end finance operations independently.
• Exposure to GCC financial operations and international transactions is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Odoo (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
