Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial functions for Kiwi Kisan Window, a fast‑growing FMCG brand. You will ensure accurate reporting, statutory compliance, tax management, audits, and financial planning while driving process efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting in line with Indian GAAP.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, profitability analysis and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, TDS and other regulations; oversee statutory filings and liaison with auditors.
• Supervise direct and indirect taxation, lead statutory, internal and tax audits, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting and financial planning reports; drive automation and ERP utilization for process improvement.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team; collaborate with business heads and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• CA or CMA qualification with 4–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, retail or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive process discipline and deliver accurate financial insights.
