Finance Manager

About the role

Glomo is building a regulated cross‑border payments platform in India. As Finance Manager you will be the primary financial owner for a fast‑growing fintech, handling accounts, compliance, regulatory filings, investor reporting and treasury while working closely with the finance head.

Key responsibilities

• Drive FEMA and RBI compliance, including ODI filings, APR, FLA, Form FC, UIN maintenance and ECB/CCD reporting.
• Ensure timely GST returns, TDS/TCS filings, advance tax and transfer‑pricing assessments.
• Manage multi‑currency bank accounts, optimise foreign‑currency exposure and oversee structured instruments such as CCDs and CCPS.
• Own end‑to‑end bookkeeping, prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance‑sheet and cash‑flow statements, and handle intercompany reconciliations.
• Build financial models for budgeting, scenario planning and funding decisions; prepare board and investor decks with variance analysis.
• Coordinate with Big‑4 or mid‑tier auditors for statutory and internal audits across all entities.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) qualification – mandatory.
• 3–4 years of experience in finance, accounting or treasury within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks (FEMA, RBI, GST, Ind AS).
• High‑trust, high‑ownership mindset with ability to work in a fast‑paced startup.
