Finance Manager – FP&A & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A & Strategy to lead core financial planning and analysis functions while partnering with technology and revenue cycle management teams. The role will transform raw operational data into actionable financial insights and dashboards for the healthcare technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain financial control standards, lead P&L analysis, cash‑flow management, forecasting, debt and investment oversight.
• Design, build and maintain MIS trackers and dashboards from patient engagement, account status and cohort data, ensuring data accuracy as sources evolve.
• Manage audit and quality‑assurance processes, overseeing financial metadata such as customer retention and patient churn.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to cross‑functional teams, translating operational trends into revenue and forecasting insights.
• Guide medical billing and revenue‑cycle operations, collaborating with developers to enhance internal financial systems.
• Lead automation and process‑optimization initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, CFA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
