About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our fast‑paced Finance team as a strategic business partner. In this role you will support senior leadership with financial insight, drive performance monitoring and help shape the company’s financial direction.

Key responsibilities

Act as finance business partner to the Leadership team, delivering detailed financial analyses and strategic recommendations.
Present financial summaries and data‑driven business insights to C‑suite and senior management.
Oversee financial monitoring of business performance, focusing on the annual budget, rolling forecasts, strategic plans, financial KPIs and leading indicators.
Prepare management reports, including variance analysis and ad‑hoc financial analysis as required.
Identify underlying performance trends and leading business indicators to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Chartered Accountant qualification (first attempt acceptable).
