Finance Executive

About the role

Join Hilton's finance team as a Finance Executive (trainee) and help keep our financial records accurate while supporting the hospitality experience for guests. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on training in hotel accounting and exposure to a global hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in training programs to develop core accounting skills.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements under supervision.
• Support weekly bank reconciliations and cash‑tracking activities.
• Help verify transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Learn and operate the finance systems and tools used in hotel accounting.
• Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Internship or entry‑level exposure to finance is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines with supervision.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software; familiarity with hotel accounting systems is a plus.
