Finance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team in Gurugram. In this role you will own key financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and provide strategic insights that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial transactions, statements and reports to spot trends, discrepancies and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses for senior leadership, highlighting performance and recommending actions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, process transactions, investigate collection issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and recommend finance policies, procedures and best practices to meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve financial problems and maintain effective liaison.
• Conduct credit policy reviews and advise on credit decisions, write‑offs and allowances.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Plan and schedule finance work, allocate resources and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Utilise accounting software and financial tools to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to achieve financial targets.
• Identify financial risks and implement controls to protect organisational assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
