Finance Executive – Chartered Accountant (Jodhpur)

About the role

Impactron is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join its finance team in Jodhpur. You will be responsible for managing internal compliance and bookkeeping for both UK and India operations, gaining early exposure to global finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage statutory, tax and regulatory compliance for UK and India entities.
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end accounting cycles across geographies.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations and management reports.
• Support internal and statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Help improve internal controls and financial processes as the business scales.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Approximately two years of relevant experience, preferably in IT services.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ambition to grow into a Finance Director role.
• Willingness to work onsite in Jodhpur.
