Finance Controller – SaaS Platform – Up to 40 LPA – 6‑Day Week

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Controller to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing AI‑powered fleet and logistics automation platform. The role will be based in Gurgaon and will support the company’s scaling from a turnover of over ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end accounting, financial reporting and month‑end / year‑end close processes.
• Manage statutory audits, tax compliance (GST, Direct Tax) and internal control frameworks (IFC/ICFR).
• Drive ERP governance, finance process automation and ERP platform administration (NetSuite, Zoho Books or similar).
• Partner with senior leadership on treasury management, investor reporting and financial planning.
• Build and scale finance processes to support rapid business growth.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–14 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Experience in startups, SaaS or technology companies is preferred.
• Proven track record of leading accounting operations and high‑performing finance teams.

Required skills

• Ind AS, GST, Direct Taxation, Financial Reporting.
• Internal Controls (IFC/ICFR) and Statutory Audits.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, Zoho Books or comparable ERP platforms.
• Finance process automation and ERP governance.
