Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial reporting, governance, and IPO readiness for our fast‑growing group of companies. The role will be based in Gurgaon and reports directly to the CFO/Head of Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Ind AS / IFRS financial reporting, monthly close, and statutory compliance.
• Build and manage ICoFR, Risk Control Matrix, and internal control frameworks.
• Drive statutory, internal, and IFC audits ensuring zero non‑compliance.
• Prepare the organisation for IPO, including restated financials, SEBI disclosures, governance upgrades, and due‑diligence support.
• Lead MIS, FP&A, cost controls, and SAP‑based financial processes.
• Strengthen corporate governance aligned with ICAI, Companies Act, and SEBI.
• Partner with leadership, auditors, bankers, and investors for high‑quality reporting.

Required profile

• A disciplined finance leader with a strong audit pedigree and technical accounting depth.
• Experience of 6–12 years, preferably in Big 4 or high‑growth companies.
• Ability to build scalable, investor‑grade financial systems for an IPO‑bound organisation.

Required skills

• Chartered Accountant (ICAI) qualification.
• Expertise in Ind AS and IFRS.
• Strong knowledge of ICoFR, Risk Control Matrix, internal audit, and financial controls.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
