Finance Controller – Global Finance Controllership

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead our global finance controllership function and join a high‑impact, strategy‑driven team. The role is based in Bengaluru and will support a fast‑growing technology/SaaS organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports, focusing on US GAAP and IndAS compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, financial risks, and liquidity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve financial processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Liaise with external auditors and key stakeholders as needed.
• Oversee internal audit and taxation functions.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10‑15 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Prior experience handling US GAAP compliance.
• Background in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Confidence working with numbers and financial tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
