Finance Controller – Global Capability Centre

About the role

We are seeking a senior finance leader to establish governance, controls, and financial processes for our fast‑evolving international business. You will operate independently in an ambiguous environment, creating structure where limited precedent exists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting cycles.
• Maintain and enhance financial controls, compliance, receivables and payables.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee agreement reviews, corporate governance and corporate‑secretary finance duties.

Required profile

• Proven finance leadership experience with strong accounting and controllership capability.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Agile, hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable thriving in ambiguity.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in IFRS and accounting standards.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Strong financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyse business performance and recommend policy improvements.
