Finance Controller – Entry Level (0-2 Years Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Controller to join our Finance & Accounts team in Bangalore. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to develop expertise in financial management, reporting, and compliance within a fast‑growing precision‑oncology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and MIS reports.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and maintain comprehensive financial records.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in line with regulatory requirements.
• Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit requirements.
• Maintain systematic financial documentation and support process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in finance or accounting (freshers welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
