Finance Controller (CA/Semi-CA/MBA)

About the role

The company operates in the clean energy and power electronics sector, delivering technology solutions for electric mobility, renewable energy and energy storage. We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead accounting, reporting and financial planning functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting operations, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, monitor budget utilization and conduct variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and other regulations; coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, bankers and regulators.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, manage banking relationships and optimise receivables, payables and inventory finance.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, drive automation, develop financial policies and SOPs.

Required profile

• CA qualification preferred; CMA or MBA (Finance) also considered.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts and controlling, preferably in manufacturing, technology or engineering.
• Proven experience managing audits, banking relationships and statutory compliance.
