Finance Controller - CA/ Semi CA/ MBA

About the role

The Finance Controller will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and cash‑flow management for a clean‑energy and power‑electronics company. The role also leads the finance team, drives process automation and supports strategic growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end accounting operations and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and monitor budget utilization with variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and coordinate audits, bankers and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and optimise receivables, payables and inventory finance.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, drive automation, develop policies and SOPs.

Required profile

• CA (Chartered Accountant) preferred; CMA or MBA (Finance) also considered.
• 5–10 years of experience in finance, accounts and controlling, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
• Experience managing audits, banking relationships and statutory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tally.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax regulations.
• Understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
