Finance Controller Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller Analyst to manage corporate accounting, taxation, regulatory reporting and internal controls for HP Inc’s foreign subsidiaries in India. The role works closely with Finance Operations, Tax, Treasury and IT teams and leads key controllership and compliance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage statutory audits, tax filings, transfer pricing documentation and overall regulatory compliance for the legal entity.
• Analyze financial data, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and monitor performance changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to influence decision‑making.
• Support tax experts on litigation and tax assessment matters.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (India) or US Certified Public Accountant – mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a Finance Controller or Statutory Auditor; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and compliance concepts.
