Finance Analyst – Manufacturing & Operations

About the role

The Finance Analyst will own the consolidation of non‑plant financial results for SV Operations, providing comprehensive analysis of actuals, forecasts and budgets. The role partners closely with Operations, Plant Finance, Supply Chain and Business Unit Finance teams to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate SV plant submissions of actuals, forecasts and budgets and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Review and consolidate weekly operations performance reports and monitor variances.
• Partner with Operations, Plant Finance and Supply Chain to identify efficiencies and track KPIs such as productivity, TEBIT, Capex and inventory.
• Standardize planning and reporting processes, drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Lead ad‑hoc financial analysis and ensure compliance with TE Connectivity policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
• Four or more years of experience in controlling, budgeting and forecasting with operational exposure.
• Fluent English, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading environments and familiarity with standard cost accounting.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak forecast and closing periods.
