Finance Analyst – Financial Planning & Reporting

About the role
We are a growing software company in Jodhpur looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Analyst. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to help drive strategic decisions across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability, highlighting trends and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and performance dashboards for management.
- Support data‑driven recommendations for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations and other functional teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA or CA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with clear communication skills.
