Finance Analyst – Documentum (Specialist 3)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Finance Analyst with expertise in Documentum/OpenText to support financial data management and reporting within its Advisory practice in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and validate financial data stored in Documentum/OpenText repositories, ensuring accuracy, version control and regulatory compliance.
• Support financial reporting by extracting data from ECM systems and collaborating with IT to optimise document workflows.
• Assist audit preparation by providing timely and accurate financial records from Documentum/OpenText.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance and IT teams to enhance document‑management processes and automate reporting workflows.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience working with Documentum or OpenText ECM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Sciences or a related field; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Accounting is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Documentum/OpenText (Enterprise Content Management) for financial documents.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling, data analysis and report generation.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GAAP or IFRS.
