About the role
We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Manager or Deputy Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for our engineering projects. The role will support budgeting, forecasting and month‑end close activities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis models, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Prepare project‑based MIS reports covering accounts receivable and project expenses.
- Execute monthly closing of accounts and prepare financial statements.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.
- Support project planning with financial insights and cost control.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant with 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a project‑based company, preferably in engineering or infrastructure.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting standards.
- Proficiency with Tally Prime (Gold Edit Log) Release 4.
