Finance & Accounting Walk‑in – Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Order to Cash (Jaipur)

About the role

Genpact is conducting a walk‑in drive in Jaipur for Finance & Accounting positions covering Accounts Payable, Record to Report and Order to Cash. Candidates will join a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment that leverages AI and digital innovation to serve global enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Review and process invoices, perform 3‑way match, handle non‑PO and utilities invoices, audit invoices and execute payments using SAP/Navision or other ERP systems.
• Record to Report: Prepare quarterly and annual statutory financial statements, post month‑end journal entries, perform month‑end close, reconcile balance‑sheet accounts and manage inter‑company processes.
• Order to Cash: Post daily receipts, manage credit/debit memos, coordinate collections, resolve remittance discrepancies and maintain accurate accounts‑receivable balances.

Required profile

• Graduation in B.Com, BBA, MBA or qualified CA (LLB/Diploma not eligible).
• For CA candidates: 0‑3 years of accounting experience; for other roles: 2‑10 years relevant experience.
• Must bring two passport‑size photographs, two copies of resume and original Aadhar card.
