Field Teacher – STEM Outreach

About the role
The Young Tinker Foundation is looking for enthusiastic Field Teachers to deliver hands‑on STEM sessions to school students across Bangalore and surrounding areas. You will travel to various partner schools, set up interactive workshops, and inspire young minds to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and conduct engaging STEM workshops at multiple locations.
- Coordinate with schools, NGOs and partner organisations to schedule sessions.
- Manage routing, logistics and on‑site setup, ensuring safety and smooth execution.
- Support basic electronics and STEM tools during workshops.
- Collect participant feedback and continuously improve session delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

What we offer
- Full‑time, paid position with a salary range of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
